Crosslinks Home Health & Staffing is a family owned private home care Agency servicing Essex, Union, Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Middlesex and Morris counties in New Jersey.
Our primary care model is to help our clients maintain independence in their daily routine, allowing them to make choices about who, where, and how their care is provided within the comfort of their home.
At Crosslinks Home Health & Staffing, we help families care for their loved ones. It is not just our work, it is our passion. It’s who we are and what we do and that is where we get our fulfillment.
We provide mainly home health aide/personal care assistance services and private duty nursing services to Medicaid HMO members, workers comp and private clients. In 2021 we expanded our scope of services and joined the Division of Developmental Disabilities to provide DDD services.

Every individual with developmental disabilities is a unique and special, with dreams that should be enabled.
We have expanded our service scope to provide DDD services to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in New Jersey.
Our mission is to foster independence and improve quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to providing quality services to the individuals we work with.
We strive to see each individual beyond their disability and get to know their personalities so we can provide person centered care.

The quickest way to the get the service you need is to contact our friendly intake coordinator at 973-821-3065. Our intake coordinator will take down your information, verify your eligibility and answer any questions you may have about the process.
Clients may also request our services through their insurance companies, care managers, discharge coordinators or support coordinators.
The CHHS staff is composed of:
- Home Health Aides
- Registered Nurses
- Licensed Practical Nurses
- Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s)
- Physical Therapists
All are licensed and experienced professionals who undergo state required screenings and trainings as necessary.
